Driveway gates, RV gates, garden entrances and backyard access — built to swing true, last for decades and make an impression every single time they open. Cedar, vinyl, ornamental steel and chain link available.
A double gate that sags, binds or drags after a year isn't a gate — it's a problem. We build ours with properly sized posts, concrete footings, anti-sag hardware and heavy-duty hinges so your gate swings clean for decades.
Whether you need vehicle access to your driveway, clearance for an RV, a grand garden entrance or secure backyard access, we custom-build every gate to fit your opening, your fence style and your daily use — in cedar, vinyl, ornamental steel or chain link.
We build double gates to match any fence we install — so your gate is always part of the design, never an afterthought.
The warmest, most customizable option. Shadowbox, board-on-board and custom panel designs — all built to match your cedar fence exactly.
Zero maintenance, clean white or tan finish that holds its color for decades. Matches any vinyl fence panel perfectly without ever needing painting.
The most impressive entrance option. Powder-coated steel double gates with spear-top, flat-top or custom finials — built for estate-level curb appeal.
The most practical, cost-effective double gate for residential backyards and commercial yards. Galvanized or vinyl-coated, any width up to 20 ft.
Double gates aren't one-size-fits-all. We size and build every gate around its specific use — from a daily-driver driveway gate to a wide RV access lane.
The most common double gate — built for daily vehicle access, matching your fence style and wide enough for two-car clearance.
Extra-wide openings for motorhomes, trailers and boats — built strong enough to hold up to years of regular use with the right hardware.
Self-closing, self-latching double gates that meet pool safety requirements — keeping kids and pets secure around pool enclosures.
Decorative double gates for garden paths, side yards and landscaped entrances — as much about aesthetics as function.
Grand ornamental steel or cedar double gates at the front of a property — designed to frame your home and make a statement.
High-frequency drive-through gates for storage yards, warehouses and commercial properties — built for commercial use cycles.
Most gates fail because of undersized posts, shallow footings or cheap hardware. Here's exactly how we build ours — and why it makes a difference.

We come out, measure your opening, confirm the material and hardware plan.
Gate posts are set below frost line in concrete — the most critical step we never rush.
Gate panels are hung, hardware installed and every swing is adjusted perfectly before we leave.
Everything you need to know before you build — from how wide to go to why gates sag and how we prevent it.
For standard two-car driveway access, 10–12 feet is the most common width. For trucks, large SUVs or equipment access, 14–16 feet gives comfortable clearance. RV access typically requires 16–20 feet. We always recommend measuring your widest vehicle and adding 2–3 feet of clearance on each side.
Gates sag because the posts move or the frame twists under the gate's weight. We prevent it three ways: gate posts are set below Colorado's frost line in concrete (so they don't heave); posts are sized for the gate weight (4×6 wood or 3-inch steel pipe minimum); and every double gate gets an anti-sag cable-and-turnbuckle system built into the frame to keep the corners square over time.
We use heavy-duty ball-bearing hinges (3 per leaf on taller gates), a cane bolt (drop pin) set into concrete on the inactive leaf, and a barrel bolt or latch on the active leaf. All hardware is galvanized or powder-coated to match the fence material.
Yes. We can size and install gate posts with automatic opener compatibility in mind — leaving the right clearances and conduit access for a swing-arm or underground actuator. We recommend confirming your opener model before installation so we can accommodate its mounting hardware. We do not currently supply or install the electronic opener units ourselves.
Yes. Whether we're building the fence and gate together or adding a gate to an existing fence, we match the material, panel style and height as closely as possible. Cedar gates can be matched to existing shadowbox or privacy fence boards; vinyl gates use the same profile as the fence panels; steel gates are powder-coated to the same color.
An in-swing gate opens toward the interior of the property; an out-swing opens toward the street. In-swing is more common for driveways. Out-swing is sometimes preferred when the interior ground slopes upward, preventing the gate from clearing the ground on an in-swing. We'll confirm the right swing direction when we assess your site.
Yes. We install matching single walk-through gates alongside any double gate, as well as standalone single gates anywhere along your fence line. Single gates typically range from 3 to 4 feet wide for pedestrian access.
Free on-site estimate. We'll help you choose the right width, material and hardware for your driveway, yard or RV access — and install it so it lasts for decades.
